Thanks Ray for the Kinesio Taping for my traps pre competition on Saturday. I can confidently say that I feel much better than I would normally after a full days eventing. Hi Ray, Just to let you know that I got through the race all ok on Sunday and I felt completely different during and afterwards compared to the week before.

Having suffered with a frozen shoulder that had made all surrounding muscles tight and restricted, he has managed to relax the back / neck muscles which has made such a massive difference to me. All within 3 visits. I am back to swimming and doing other exercises that I couldn't have done before seeing him. He is professional, pleasant and has a good sense of humour. He follows great Covid safety guidance. So glad I found him!

I have been a client of Ray for a year now. He is very attentive and works with my osteopath’s advice which is important because this way I feel two of them compliments each other. Or if I have a special “territory” I feel needs extra love he adapts to it easily both with massage and some extra stretches and tips.
Ray is very easy to talk to and usually our sessions fly by. This is a good thing as this way I do not concentrate on my tight muscles that much. He adapts to my running race schedule - when there is one.
I feel also safe during sessions during the pandemic and hope to continue
