We selected the lightburn printer from #Thinklaser for our Academy. Gavin gave us a basic training session to get us started👍on our new laser printer. As a Design Technician I laser cut the students DT projects plus, I make items required for the workshop from, Soldering Trays, Safety GIasess Box & Hot Glue Gun Station. I was unsure about a few technical design challenges I was experencing, so I contacted Gavin who was more than happy to help. He talked me through the design & technical issues over the phone plus, He emailed over some very helpful technical videos x3

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. Tom & Gavin have been great and their customer support is fantastic. So happy with our new laser machine and Gavin came along for the day to set up the machine and then gave us training followed by a telephone call a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. Once again if you want great customer support along with a brilliant machine then ThinkLaser is the place to go to.

This is a super company to purchase from, I have had my LightBlade machine over 2 years now with no problems, but the backup is brilliant, they are alway there for you, they also contact you now and then to make sure all is good.

I would definitely recommend Thinklaser. I ordered a new tube from them, which was delivered quickly and very well packaged and at a very good price. They talked me through everything I needed to do in swapping it out and nothing seemed to much bother. I spoke to them at length on an unrelated matter after I'd installed the new tube and again the advice given and the obvious care and concern for them to get to the bottom of it and help me out, was fantastic, even though the issue was caused by me and nothing to do with them. Absolutely perfect customer service, couldn't be happier.

Spoke to Gavin on the phone today and was most impressed with his willingness to spend a long time on the phone with me. This is the first supplier that i have found not only prepared to do so but able to answer every question i had without being vague . I am going to visit them next week on the strength of this.

While searching for an extra laser cutting machine for our business - we spoke to Gareth, Gavin and Tom who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We purchased our first machine on the strength of those meetings. Over the course of the last year or so Think Laser have offered immediate easy to understand support if any problems arise ( thankfully few as the machines themselves are pretty good too! )
We are in the process of adding a second machine to help with our workload and would have no qualms recommending Think Laser to anyone looking to purchase.

Thinklaser were very accommodating to our needs, especially when we had to postpone delivery of our dual source lightblade due to covid lock-down. All up and running now and very pleased with equipment and service. Many thanks, highly recommended.

I wanted a couple of important presents engraved professionally and am so glad I chose Thinklaser from previous reviews: Laura, Tom and Adrian and their colleagues are very professional, highly skilled and provide a friendly, attentive and economical service.
