Needed a part for my polo spoke to a guy called David on the phone who was very polite and ever so helpful said he would have the part and would remove and have sitting ready for collection within half an hour. Would like to say excellent customer service and a credit to Temple Auto Salvage to have him as part of their team. i would definitely give 5 stars based on my experience with David.

Very poor service rude and a no returns policy for faulty goods. Can't say anything positive. Also way overpriced compared to other salvage yards.
