Ricky Singh Personal Training Glasgow was founded for one simple reason - I wanted to create the most effective method of training, providing clients with clear objectives, accountability and measurable results. As part of your fitness training, every client receives a unique programme carefully designed to get maximum results based around what your body will respond to.

I believe in listening to my clients and I place equal importance on training as well as nutritional coaching. Ricky's value is in re-energising tired, stressed business owners in order that they can contribute fully again to their business. Ricky is strongly results driven and has a real care for his clients. Ricky has changed my life - I have lost 2 stones in weight, reduced my blood pressure to a safe level, feel more energised, feel sharper and more focussed in decision making, feel in less pain.
My core values lie in giving my clients all of my knowledge, time and energy - to help them achieve their goals. With over 8 years of experience in personal training, I am committed to my role of assisting people who want to better their body and their minds. Our fitness is only limited by what we think we are able to achieve.
Your training will always take place at our boutique personal training studio in Glasgow city centre. Our address is 18 Eagle Street, Glasgow, G4 9XA. This includes one to one training which is completely customised to your goals and fitness needs. This incorporates training with a partner and training sessions are based on joint goal attainment.

Sadly had to leave because of work commitments and some ongoing stresses I need to sort!!

Ricky is so patient with his clients his training is varied and never boring. no two sessions are the same i have only been training with ricky for 6 weeks and i am seeing results already. not that i am in any… hurry as i am loving my training sessions with ricky and learning something new every session i go to. i have trained on and off over the years but never to this extent and it has changed my life already i have more energy i am losing weight and body fat i eat a lot more healthily and i am sleeping a lot better than i used to. i would not hesitate to recommend rs fitness if you are

He's really friendly, has brilliant facilities and has been great working out a fitness routine and diet that works with my busy work life! I had spent nearly a year going to the gym on my own to get back into shape and seeing few results. I've seeing Ricky one to one for nearly 4 months now and I've lost around 10 kg. Love Ricky's group classes! He changes things up regularly so you don't get bored and also includes boxing every Wednesday which is my absolute fave! Exercising and joining a new gym can be intimidating but Ricky is such a genuine guy, he makes you feel so welcome and looks after everyone in the class making sure they are doing the exercises correctly. If you are injured he gives you alternative exercises to do so you can still keep fit. Would recommend!

I have been with Ricky for over 18 months now. I initially went to see him for weight loss. He has helped me with that and so much more. I have lost almost 6 stone, I have gained so much confidence, he gave me faith in myself (something in which I had lost) that I could do anything I wanted, plus the fact that my fitness levels are higher than I could ever have thought. Before I joined his gym I though I wouldn’t be able to do so many things but he made a plan to suit my abilities. The scanner was a great help as I could see my progress week by week. I have worked with a number of personal trainers in Glasgow and spent an absolute fortune and I can honestly say none have proved more effective or knowledgeable than Ricky . On a 12 week program just now. 8 weeks later I have lost 10 kilos in weight and 8 kilos in body fat, by working out with Ricky exactly how much carbs fat and protein needed on a daily basis. His HIIT training is on a different level, gym is spacious and clean and Would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.
