I ordered a large used tambour cupboard from OFR in mid November. The unit arrived within a few days via third party courier. On delivery the package was well wrapped and looked secure on the pallet in the truck but unfortunately when unpackaged there was heavy damage and clear evidence that the unit had been dropped on one corner and the whole steel frame was bent. I called Colin at OFR and sent him images. He had some discussions with the courier and said he would arrange collection of the damaged item and replace it on their own transport this time, within about 2 weeks.
