The ModuSec modular construction system provides high security walls or complete enclosures - inside an existing building or as an independent external construction with support steel, doors, roof, rainwater goods, etc. The system is fast and clean to construct, fully finished with no wet trades. Construct from a few square meters to any footprint size (many projects exceeding 500m2), as single or multi storey height.

Remtech was first established in 1980 and then renamed Remtech (Computer Security) Ltd in 1991. Our core business is the physical protection of media and hardware from fire, water, smoke, theft, sabotage, etc. This is mostly achieved by the construction of a secure modular construction system called ModuSec.
In addition to design and manufacture, Remtech also carry out site surveys, prepare drawings and provide a complete installation service - ready for fit out of mechanical and electrical services by others. Hence we see the whole project through from start to finish - ensuring the highest quality of construction.
A single company manufactures all the walls, ceilings, doors, window, etc., to specific requirements and then installs with an in house team of highly experienced security and IT environment specialists. We also design, manufacture and install any steel support structure required for larger projects and roof structures for external projects plus security grilles at service entry points.
ModuSec is a totally flexible construction system that can be used to build almost any structure, with appropriate steel support for larger requirements that would otherwise use traditional materials. For security, the individual factory manufactured panels incorporate the correct materials to meet the required standard specified and together with our expert in house installation teams, guarantee the required standard is fully met.
The ModuSec construction system has been developed by Remtech Computer Security Ltd, primarily for the protection of IT environments. It is produced at an extensive UK factory located in Birmingham by our manufacturing company - RCS (Manufacturing) Ltd. The system uses a unique phenolic foam formulation to produce the Pyrofoam core material.
