We have been dealing with PHMG for a few years. There is a lot of things I love about this proactive company but one thing stands out more than everything else is they call me and remind me in good time when I need to update our on-hold or out-of-hours marketing, and if I don't feel very creative they give prompts and help us guide us so our brand stays consistent and relevant. This review would have looked a lot different prior to Damian Mee's arrival - our contact with PHMG was sparse to say the least. We would be the ones initiating the contact. Since he became our Account Director the situation has reversed and we have been offered superb service. Damian is very enthusiastic and is always coming up with new ideas. Our messages have improved immensely and are now relevant,- whether it be seasonal or related to the latest manufacturer campaign. We can now wholeheartedly recommend PHMG.

I've been working with PHMG now for a few years for my on hold audio. My account director is Emma MacIver, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that's thinking of brand audio. These guys are another level when it comes to client care. Nothing is ever to much, calls are returned and emails are always replied to promptly. But most of all my audio sets me miles above my competitors and clients new and old always comment on how professional my company looks and sounds. Outstanding service! We have employed the services of PHMG for several years now and I have always found them very helpful and quick to respond. After making several changes to the way we work as a company, we needed to make changes to our phone system and Alastair from PHMG was superb in helping us achieve this. He worked closely with our telephone / network provider meaning I had to do very little for the changes that were made but I was kept up to date every step of the way.
