Our design and installation service is tailored to remove much of the inconvenience and stress that you might normally associate with preparing for and undertaking building work in your home.

With all the bathroom products now available on the market it might be easy to think that buying and installing the most expensive products available will automatically lead to an aesthetically pleasing bathroom. In reality the importance of good design and product selection cannot be underestimated.
Both these services are geared towards producing construction quality information that contains sufficient detail for a contractor to price, plan and install a new bathroom in your property. We do charge a fee to cover the costs of producing the level of detailed information that we provide. However, if Liquid Design Installations is employed to install your new bathroom we will reimburse the costs of any design work we have undertaken.
In addition to taking the measurements of the proposed area for your new bathroom installation our experienced surveyor will examine the plumbing and waste services and gather as much relevant detail as possible about the construction of relevant areas of your home. With this information we will be able offer you accurate advice about possible layouts for your new bathroom or wetroom.
If you are able to supply accurate measurements for the space you would like designs for, and an indication of the equipment that you would like to be installed, we will be able to produce detailed drawings that can be used by a contractor of your choice. The drawings will include plans, sections and elevations for your proposed new bathroom showing tiling layouts and the equipment you would like to install.
As a part of our design service we produce 2D drawings showing the existing outline of your room, proposed floorplans, elevations and (where necessary) sections. Where we undertake both a 'home survey and design' we produce layouts for construction, underfloor heating and ceiling lighting.
A maximum of 4 hours drawing time is allowed for our design service, which is normally sufficient time to produce the above information and allow for one set of comments and revisions to be made to the drawings.We can produce 3D drawings, but they are not produced as part of our design service as they do not contain the same level of detail as the 2D drawings.
