Have Been in Reading only for a day.
Moved from Australia to start a new job at Microsoft.
Kam contacted me, arranged to pick me up from my Hotel, drove me to the property which was just a walking distance to Microsoft, showed me around, I liked it 👍🏻.
Then he drove me to Microsoft campus at Thames Valley Park to show me where it was since I start work there this Monday.
We went back to his office and did the paper work and referencing with in 25 min I had the key to the house and my contract prepared to go to the bank and open up a bank account.

Not so good even the Agent is a scammer, it's a big lier and don't trust this agency it's basic only on Lies and Scammer don't give you back the money which you speak with him it's try only to Scam you to not give you nothing even when you give notice.Run run from them . House and the room is not so clean .. Very very disappointing about this i don't recommend and is not so serious to discuss with the tenant about some of the problems of the property ..Not so professional and it's bunch off liers
