Vinyl transfer printing is perfect for producing single colour text and simple logos which creates a solid vibrant finish. It's an excellent method for any sized orders which have minimal colours. The designs for vinyl printing are used in a vector format, as the material is cut by a plotting machine using vector lines.

Screen printing is great for printing complex designs and still getting a perfect finish. It is an ideal method for larger quantity orders. It is one of the oldest methods of printing in the industry and is great for larger quantity orders. Your design is embedded within a mesh screen using an exposure method by applying light reactive chemicals, this then acts as the printing template.

The design that is being used is uploaded into the computer software and the garment is prepared for printing and put into the correct positioning. To ensure the ink does not run into the fabric of the garment, it is pre treated with a spray. Should the garment be coloured or dark, we will give it a base layer of white to protect the colouring and make sure the finished result stands out.

Embroidery is the perfect method for getting stylish, hardwearing results. It can be used on most of our products. We don't have a minimum order quantity for embroidery, but do suggest at least 10 units to make the most of the set-up costs. It is a process that uses thread to create your slogan or logo.
