When you plan a marquee wedding you need to know that you can ask questions and get an honest and accurate answer so that you can make your own ideas work.
Every wedding is special and working together with the South West Marquees team we create your own unique and magical occasion. South West Marquees offers it's services to accommodate all aspects of the day, from recommending marquee sizes in line with space availability and guest requirements to the marquee internal fixtures such as coloured linings, lighting, tables and chairs.
Traditional style marquees are extremely popular for weddings and parties as their clean, sweeping lines offer the perfect setting for that elegant, country, vintage look. We pride ourselves on our stock of beautiful Traditional Marquees, that we keep clean and new so that they look great with or without linings.
Frame Marquees, sometimes known as Clear-span, are a vital part of our range at South west marquees. These are our most versatile structures; as they can be sited on any type of surface, have no central poles and no guy ropes. For weddings most people choose to have an internal lining; which we can supply in either pleated or flat design.
Made from real cotton canvas, our traditional canvas marquees are the authentic vintage marquee. We use as many organic materials as possible in this marquee to create a uniquely rustic structure. Wooden poles, ropes, cotton covers and coir style carpet all work together to provide the perfect setting for your event.

110% professional and amazing service from start to finish. So supportive when we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and even when the rearranged date was hanging in the balance. Beautiful framed marquee, very clean toilets, amazing heaters, car park floor matting, fabulous festoon lighting….. all perfect and made our venue for our big day! Can not recommend highly enough, if you have any event big or small - you need South West Marquees! :)

Southwest Marquees were fantastic! I got married at the end of August and had the venue in a local barn with a marquee outside. They provided carpeting, dance floor, stage and lights for in the barn and marquee… as well all the tables and chairs. Everything looked amazing and the team were really professional. They really helped us get the best out of the venue and were incredibly useful when it came to planning what we would need too! Thank you!

I thought I did this review months ago... sorry guys! We got married back in July after a few postponements and changes of plans. SWM couldn't do enough for us and even when we threw the challenge of putting a marquee up in my parent's domestic front garden - they didn't shy away from making it work. They came round to assess the space and made recommendations and adjusted our order to what we needed. What can we say other than these guys are nothing less than a five star service all round!!
We had booked South West Marquees for our wedding, having to firstly postpone in June 2020 we finally had our special day August this year.
We had some unfortunate issues with the venue in which the Marquee was to be put but South West Marquees honestly went above and beyond to be accommodating and saved our wedding!!
All of the staff are friendly and super helpful, from numerous phone calls checking various bits and bobs and always a happy helpful member of staff the other end of the phone making sure

South West marquees did and excellent job for my wedding - we hired a traditional marquee and furniture for our wedding meal, but when the restrictions changed, we had to increase our order to spread our guests out more. These guys were really helping in making the changes we needed, and I was very impressed with how professional and thorough they were when setting up the day before our wedding. The marquee itself was very pretty, especially with festoon lighting. Whole heartedly recommend.

We made a very last minute booking for a corporate party and they were really accommodating and helpful when advising of the size of marquee and any extras that we needed. The team that assembled the marque were punctual and so efficient. The whole process was hassle free. They put everything together with ease and made sure that everything was left tidy when they took the marquee down. They were very polite and friendly and we can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I would recommend South West Marquess, whole heartedly. Our wedding was in my parents garden, a sloping site that had to be built up using a scaffold deck. They really went above and beyond to rise to the… challenge. The marquee setup was immense, the team were very professional and were not fazed by the challenge in front of them. Believe me when I say they were paramount in making our day happen where we wanted it to, when so many other companies surrendered at the first hurdle.

SWM were really great- they replied to email queries quickly, were very price competitive and really knew what they were doing. We had a difficult situation just a few days prior to the wedding with Hurricane Lorenzo set to arrive the day prior. South West marquees arrived early on the set up day, asked questions to the bride/ groom directly when they had queries and were quick and efficient. They checked back in the day before the wedding (we had bad weather expected!) which was really great. i would highly recommend them!

Well what can I say, what an amazing service, from start to finnish. Always reply straight away and were very helpful sending photos of those things I had put on my order form. Very good price and would highly… recommend them. They were on time and were very quick setting up. They came and done site visits before the big day which was amazing and they then draw up a plan. The team at South West Marquees were superb throughout the whole process for our wedding. Helpful advice when asked but accommodating when we had specific requests. The team on the day were a sight to behold and within a few hours had created an incredible marquee as well as decorations in the main barn (see pics) that transformed the space. Josh and the guys then turned up on the Sunday and had taken the whole lot down within a couple of hours. Great company, and incredible value, that we can't recommend highly enough.
