I have been a Complementary Therapist for over 15 years, having previously been involved in scientific research at Leicester University. I am a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, having gained my Aromatherapy qualification from Shirley Price International School of Aromatherapy in 1997.

Since then I have added qualifications in Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear, Bach Flower Remedies and Nutrition. I also teach health-related topics to adults with learning difficulties, and have recently gained my teaching degree. I have developed my practice to help you discover how to take responsibility for your own health without necessarily having to consult a doctor.
Services
From my clinic in Broughton Astley, I can offer a range of therapies and health advice to suit your specific needs or condition. Through a combination of consultations, treatments and advice, I aim to help you discover how to take responsibility for your own health without necessarily having to consult a doctor.
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, there is a good chance that I can help you. Would you like to know how to improve your health without using medication or visiting your doctor or chemist? Up to 80% of people think they could feel healthier than they do. You probably spend hundreds of pounds servicing your car or maintaining your home, but how much do you spend keeping your body healthy?
A very relaxing treatment especially useful for anyone experiencing common ear complaints or sinus problems. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful system of ancient Japanese origin that usually gives feelings of harmony and well-being and assists the body's own natural healing ability. Based on traditional Indian techniques and performed over the clothes, this wonderfully uplifting treatment gives a feeling of total relaxation.
Tai Chi Qigong (prounced 'tie jee chee gong') is an ancient Chinese practice that is a very gentle form of exercise. It is often described as a 'moving meditation'. The slow, gentle, but powerful movements are combined withbreathing to relax and de-stress. Each movement works on a specific area of the body to maintain and improve health and well-being, both inside and out.
