Your new central heating system is in safe hands with Prestantia Property Services in Birmingham. Arrange a meeting with you at your convenience to discuss your central heating requirements. If any furniture in your home needs to be moved we will advise you on this before arrival. Full training on the new central heating system will be given after installation is complete.

Had a new combo boiler fitted by Richard and Josh. The work was carried out with very short notice after my old boiler broke and I had no heating or hot water with children at home. Richard rallied round to help me out and get the job done quickly. Superb service as always. Regularly use prestantia for gas services and the work is always carried out professionally and efficiently, thanks guys!

My water tank of more than 30 years stopped working before Christmas. Having been recommended by a family friend l sent an email to Prestantia office, they responded very quickly came out to see my problem gave me a quote and timescale which was great for both of us. Richard came round with Josh, timescale organised Simon came on the day at the time arranged and worked like a Trojan all day. The job was completed by professional and polite guys and l am more than pleased to recommend Prestantia for all your property repairs. These guys at Prestantia are local and very obliging in what they do, quality and good value sums them up. Keep up the good work.

We called Richard after a recommendation, to fit anew mixer valve for our shower. My original shower seems to have been fitted incorrectly, Richard reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem and we could find a fitting to suit the original arrangement. I know this took a lot of Richards time and really appreciated the effor it took to find and fit a suitable shower. Richard and his team also fitted a shower door cubicle that I had purchased previously. The team at prestantia are very friendly and their service was very quick. I would have not problems in recommending prestantia to friends and family.
