I had booked for this morning with ABBEY CABS. he dropped me at home, he had to come to my house at 4:30 am, I called but nothing. he left me at home. she has caused me a lot of damage. COMPANIES ABSOLUTELY NO SERIOUSLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I never leave reviews unless it's terrible, so this is a first lol. We booked a taxi to drop us off and pick us up from our Christmas night out. On time, which is always good and it always helps when the driver is nice! The process of booking via messenger was stressfree (thanks Di). 100% the best taxi service I've ever used. Thank you.

I hadn't booked a taxi and when phoned at 9.40pm for a taxi was told "we'll be as quick as possible but might be up to 30 minutes." I wasn't in a rush so that was fine. The taxi arrived after 20 minutes, which I was informed of by text message. Driver polite and professional for my short journey. I'll definitely use again.

My husband and I got a taxi from Roslin to Edinburgh. On time, good chat with taxi driver, good price. Was able to phone for taxi home and they came to pick us up . Accommodated where they could. We also felt very comfortable in the taxi home. Thank you. Will be using again.

I would highly recommend Abbey Cabs, extremely reliable and friendly. Good prices and always on time. Always get in touch if ever stuck in traffic to give you an update, so you aren't just hanging around wondering if they are going to show up like other local taxi companies do.

No masks, no interest, argument when questioned. Will never recommend from work or use again. Just a disgrace. Driver should not be in a public service job, very irresponsible and unpleasant bloke.

I dont often leave reviews but we used Abbey Cabs last night and the driver was so nice. He was friendly and polite and even popped back with something i left in the cab,before I had even noticed i didn’t have it. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Fantastic local company.

This is the best taxi company in midlothian and Locally owned unlike ABW which are based In Edinburgh. This is most reliable company and also never cancels bookings . Every time I have booked a taxi it's never been late and the drivers are always very nice ☆☆☆☆☆

Hired Abbey for a Wedding this included Bride and Groom and rest of the bridal party in total a car and 2 8 seaters
They managed times with military precision and the cars were immaculate and staff courtesus 10 out of 10 thanks for assisting in a great day
