Terrible support - have left our Foodbank without voicemail over the Christmas period and are not bothered. Stay away - we have had near constant problems not solved by this company to the detriment of our business over a couple of years now. Despite all the upheaval I have no options left but to move away from these unprofessionals that work at a glacial pace. Avoid for the good of your company

This is a company the under promises and over delivers. The response emails states they will response in 1 - 2 days but it is the same day every time. I find Krishan exceptionally professional and committed to delivering an amazing service. He takes his time and provides support that allows you to understand how to use the system going forward.

I had a technical issue relating to my work phone number. My number was set to private, inhibiting me from being able to contact some of our most vulnerable clients who had phone screening services on their Phone lines. Our internal tech guy was unaware of the issue and didn't know how to resolve it. I contacted the Telappliant team via an online enquiry form and they were quick to respond and solved my issue promptly, it has already had a positive impact on my work. Thanks guys!

I have used Telappliant's services for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the reliability and features which their services offer. I must say I have never needed much support but on the 2 occasions I did, I found my issues resolved without any problem.

I have been using Telappliant for many years. I resell telephony services using self hosted and cloud servers and telappliant is one of my favourite telephony providers.
They have been a reliable and competitive partner. When you are dealing with high end customers then reliability and backup is important. Trlappliant is a UK company with good tech guys who are clued up on sip and different servers and always at hand 247
Whenever I’m competing on a bid, I have a dedicated account manager shadi who helps win the deal. It’s an awesome team and I definitely recommend them

Have been with Telappliant for 7 years now, and I can honestly say I have always found them to be excellent in both services provided and quality of customer service. There have been occasional problems a long the way as with any service, but I have always found the technical support and customer service excellent and the problems resolved immediately.
As an SME its important to have reliable services that you trust and rely on, and certainly now more than ever in the working from home environment this has been a vital service and so am happy to recommend them.

We have all our voip system & dedicated leased line with telappliant.
The leased line has been a revelation for us and we haven't had any problems thus far. The service is exceptional. We had a power cut in our area a few weeks ago and a few minutes into the power cut, I was call on my mobile by the technical team to ask is everything is ok as they noticed our router was down even though it was no fault of theirs! This has made us confident that Telappliant really do care about us! Also in the event of a fault we won't have to call them & be on hold for ages. Telappliant also helped us get a £2000

Internet telephony solutions for business...not! Facebook, please install a thumbs down symbol for DO NOT like: telephone cuts out, technical support ticket left unresolved for weeks, data broadband so poor I have to go home to finish my work, poor customer service... Ignore one-star rating: only there because zero-star rating is not an option.
