Marlins Swim School
Christine Miller has been involved in swimming from a young age, competing at club, county and national level, representing Middlesex and southern counties at junior and senior level. Christine's son Darren has also been teaching for the swim school since 2008. Darren also has had great experience using his skills learnt in swimming but chose a different discipline in diving, achieving a silver medal at national level.

He also achieved selection for the East of England and the National diving team for International competition on occasions. Over the years the swim school has developed a dedicated team of staff, allowing our pupils to enjoy a successful, friendly and happy environment for them to achieve their personal goals and to overcome any fears they might have.

Started taking my son to Marlins swim school this term and have had a great experience. The staff are friendly and great at making him feel at ease with the water. Would highly recommend.

Skye and Laila have become very proficient swimming thanks to the Marlin Swim School at both Newland Springs and at Boswells School. I would highly recommend Marlins to anyone wanting to get their children to swim well.

Christine and Darren have been brilliant with our daughter Ruby. She had private lessons before elsewhere and I was not impressed but as soon as she joined Marlins, she learnt so much more! They were both excellent with her, praising her and helping her along the way! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great swimming school! Thank you so much!

Mark has been a brilliant swimming teacher for our daughter Aimee. He has such a caring nature and really patient with all the children. She wasn’t very keen on putting her face in the water and didn’t cope too well to taking armbands off but within a week or two had the confidence to do it. She loves swimming now. All the other swimming teachers have been great with our other daughter Naomi too. She has developed over time at Marlins and we thank everyone at the swim school.

My Toby swam with no bands today for the first time ever. Thank you so much for giving him confidence. It’s only been one term and both boys achieved a swimming badge. I’m so thankful for the team!!
