We appreciate that having building work done on your home in whatever capacity can be a stressful experience. We know that you won't have access to your entire home while that building work is underway. However, we strive to make the experience as stress-free as possible for you, with the promise that any stress that does arise will be worth it when we're finished.
Under taking a large extension project is a somewhat nerve racking experience, especially when you have a fixed budget. Of all the builders that we received quotations from, Phoenix were the most prompt and competitive and could deliver within a timeline that suited our needs.
What was reassuring was that there were no hidden costs and the building quotation was fixed price, giving us peace of mind and the ability to budget for extra fixtures and features.Having agreed a start date we were actually pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Phoenix stating that they would be starting a week early!
