Services
One of the first things we do, is a postural assessment. This means that we observe how you stand, sit, and move in general and in relation to your complaints. This helps us identify any potential postural issues that may contribute to your injury or those compensation patterns that often occur as a result of the injury.
A relatively new therapy to the UK, Myofascial Release ( Myo: muscle, fascia: connective tissue) is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that provides sustained and gentle pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion by relaxing the deep tissue of the body providing lasting and effective pain relief.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light, very gentle skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb. It should not be confused with a traditional massage. MLD is specifically focused on the very fine tubes called lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid, in order to move lymphatic fluid, the therapist needs to warm and move the skin without impacting the deep tissues of the body.
Specially tailored for the mum to be, this technique involving deep tissue and Swedish massage, improves your circulation, take some of the strain off your muscles and joints, and totally re-energize you. Help increase flexibility. Increases blood and lymph flow which can help increase the elimination of toxins through the circulatory and lymphatic systems, this can also help with fatigue.

Jeremy Hill is amazing at what he does. 5*/5*. Reasonably priced. Full of knowledge. Gives feedback on what to work on after the session. Great results and not too painful. Still relaxing. Would recommend a full body sports and deep tissue massage for ex-injuries and problems in any part of the body, such a tension, knots and things that were previously sprained or broken. Points out and works on tension points you didn’t even know are there. Clean and tidy room. Relaxed atmosphere and music. Friendly staff. Great attention to detail. Very accessible - right next to Highcross John Lewis car

Bea was so amazing, not only at what she does in terms of the massage, but also with the quality of care and compassion shown. She demonstrated great knowledge and helped me feel better after a lymphatic drainage massage, for symptoms I've been struggling with for 6 months and even doctors couldn't help. Cannot recommend her enough! Brilliant.

I first came to Bea because a combination of running and regular work travel was leaving my legs and back very tight. Her massages really are so effective and make a lasting impact after the session!
I had another massage with her colleague Alisha and she did not disappoint, they always seems to find knots/areas of tightness I didn't even know I had and is able to find out the true problem areas.
Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Bea for Sports Massage for over 3 years now for a variety of ongoing niggles and I can't speak too highly of her treatments. She is very knowledgeable, highly-skilled and always thoughtful and thorough in her approach. She has a friendly and personable manner and it's always a pleasure to attend her sessions, especially now at her new premises which are always spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. I am happy to recommend her services to you

Bea’s massages are a absolutely amazing! I am blind and suffer from nerve damage along with muscular conditions which give me a lot of pain and I have seen many sports therapists who I didn’t have good experiences with. Every time I see Bea, I leave feeling fantastic and completely pain free. She is completely professional, does a thorough consultation before every session, and goes beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Bea to anybody and she is definitely worth the money!!
