Our 5,625 SqFt premesis is situated on the outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk. Originally mobile, travelling to our customer's homes or places of work to detail their vehicles we realised that this approach was comprising our standards. Working outdoors in uncontrolled environments simply isn't conducive to producing first-class finishes.
The feedback we receive from our customers always drives us to exceed expectations. We love hearing about a customer's experience with us whether good or bad. As a relatively young business, the only way we can constantly exceed expectations is to know what our customers think. I really don't know where to start with these guys.

I can't recommend HD Valeting and Chris enough. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up and Chris was more than happy to have a half hour chat about looking after it and what products I might want to use. He didn't just recommend his own products but just what he thought would be useful for me. He really know his stuff and continues to answer my questions via email whenever I ask. Thanks again Chris.

I have been using HD Car Care products professionally for the last 2 years. As a local business they have everything I need for my valeting company on my doorstep. I travelled 1.5hrs to HD and it was more than worth it, car looks amazing even after a few weeks and a wash or two!!! Really appreciated the great customer service from start to finish too.
