Services
Panache Schoolwear & Workwear was set up in 2002. We have an ever increasing customer database, which we feel reflects the level of service we offer to our cusomters. Panache School/Work Wear aims to provide you with the best value and quality schoolwear for your children. To keep your garments looking good for longer, all our clothing contains clear and concise wash care instructions, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Also, we help schools to generate much needed extra funds through our discounted wholesale service. This enables schools to add their own mark-up before reselling our high quality schoolwear to their pupils. We provide an extensive range of great value, corporate and work wear products. We can complement our products by offering our in-house embroidery service, applying your company logo onto our range or garments.
However we can take online orders for click and collect or we will be offering a delivery service. The click and collect service will be to collect from the front of the shop and you will not be able to come in the shop. You can order via our Facebook page or by email sue@panacheschoolwear.co.uk. We will be picking up emails daily so any enquiries please get in touch.
We are in the process of putting safety measures in place for both our customers and our staff. We will only be offering an appointment only basis and no walk ins unfortunately as part of keeping everyone safe during this difficult time.
If you have been in to our shop previously during the summer holidays then you will already know how busy it gets and the amount of people we have in the shop at one time, this will not be the case for summer 2020.We hope you understand the decision we have had to make and our reasons for this.

Firstly the shop is small so expect a que during August. I waited 45 minutes to get in today. Once inside the young girl was very helpful, what they didn't have was easily put on order to collect next week. The prices were fine all branded uniform is pricey no matter where you get it!

What an absolute shambles this is. Followed the guidance, made an appointment for uniform which was sorted in the beginning of August....was told I would get a phone call to collect, no phone call, no replies,… two trips and still no better off! Eventually told I was “supposed to queue on the left for collections” (never told this at all as I I’m still waiting for an alleged call to collect). If there are people just collecting why isn’t someone just responsible for sorting this out? I understand the restrictions for social distancing but an hour wait to collect two

Been trying to contact this store with over 300 phone calls and not once has anyone picked up. Paid £200+ over 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive a call once the uniform was ready, no phone calls received and no answer on the phone. Disgraceful service and should not be the only stockists of uniform if they are going to provide subpar service.

Shop due to open at 9 this morning. At 9:10, a shop assistant strolled up the road with her Greggs breakfast in hand, no apologies or conversation made & goes into the shop for another 5 minutes before opening up the shop. Again, no apologies made, even though the shop was opened up 15 minutes later than it should. Can the customers be treated with a little bit of respect as it is them that is paying your wages?

Got charged £30 for one school jumper today!! 😡 need less to say I walked out & didn’t buy it! Plus I wanted 2 and there was only one in stock - ordering facilities are shockingly poor... I’ll be going somewhere else for sure in future! It’s not the first time the shop doesn’t have what I need at the end of August! Total joke! Shame really for the shop as I’m local & have 3 kids!! Probably just lost out of thousands of pounds 🙄
