I cant believe this company. Don't get me wrong I'm not angry that I've been rejected I'm used to it. What I'm angry about is the email. First they told me that I needed to do 10 thousand words then I get an email saying that they won't look at because they aren't interested in it because it's a short story of less than 17 thousand words. I mean seriously absolutely disgusting 😠😡

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Pegasus. Bringing my first picture book to life has been an exciting journey and the team at Pegasus have helped me every step of the way. Having no experience of editing, production and marketing- the thought was daunting to say the least, the guys at Pegasus have supported and offered educated guidance where required but have allowed me the courtesy of shaping the finished product in my own vision without taking over. Great service, highly recommended!

Please read this review before signing a contract...
I can't say what this company is like once you've given them your money. If you are happy to pay to have your book published then they might do a good job at getting it printed and on a bookshelf etc. but make no mistake, this is a vanity publishing company and my experience with them left me feeling like they are a bunch of lowlife crooks.
I sent my submission off not realising they are a vanity publisher and was obviously suprised by an unusually highly positive response and offer to publish. I figured there must be a catch and of course

It's been a long held dream to get my work published and really a highlight ,if a little strange, of this bizarre year! Contrary to some reports Pegasus is not purely a vanity publishers, I've been lucky enough to be accepted and published without having to pay anything, it really does depend on the contract you are offered. The team have answered all my questions promptly and helpfully and I've been ridiculously pleased by the animated publicity!

Never having done anything like this before, I found everyone helpful and kind- especially in the middle of a pandemic. The book looked lovely and I was even allowed to use my own illustration for the cover. It has prompted me to create my own Facebook page, 'The Lost Chronicles and More' which has gained a considerable following and helped to let people know about my first book, 'The Lost Chronicles of East London: The Streets of Darkness', published at the end of September. Writing is not about making money but making people read and enjoy what you have done and Pegasus certainly do that. Everyone

Pegasus have just published my first book - How the Mzungu Finds Her Feet. Pegasus publishers have been very professional and responsive from the off, which has made working with them extremely smooth even during the pandemic. I have been given sound advice when I asked for it and was able to express my preferences which were respected and taken on board. It has been a very grown up relationship! Thank you Pegasus.

I'm speaking from my own experience last year. For those of you who wrote down a debut novel like I did last year and are in desperate need to publish a book, I DON'T recommend Pegasus. Last year, I wrote a short story and I wanted it to be published desperately. I read the reviews to see if they were good. Some good feedbacks I saw, but then I scrolled through a comment that says 'Vanity Publishers' In case you're wondering, this means a publishing company that you pay to have your work published. So I thought to myself, 'Okay, there's a lot of good reviews, but there's only one person saying

They are now publishing my second book about gnomes and fairies at Sunny Days Garden Centre and I have just completed my third book with a forth just started. Nothing is too much for them even when I write my LONG emails they always answer swiftly. I can not recommend Pegasus highly enough. Many thanks to Rudit and the "gang"
