Elaine used to travel Cumbria and North Lancashire in her car distributing leaflets on behalf of just six attractions! A-ha! now has two warehouses, the Head Office in Kendal and a second warehouse on the outskirts of Newcastle and employs a total of 10 people. Currently the business handles over 20 million leaflets a year on behalf of over 500 clients, promoting events, attractions, public information and time tables.
Elaine has invested heavily in a programme of repair and upgrade of dispensers with many new sites added to an ever increasing portfolio of outlets available to A-ha! customers, many of them exclusive. Please consider that it is the top third of the front cover which is most visible in leaflet racking.

Services
In a service industry such as ours we know that we are only as good as our people. For this reason we only employ people who share our business values and it is to this that we attribute our success and growth. Our open culture and mutual respect is what customers feel when they deal with A-ha! Elaine manages the day to day running of all aspects of the business.
We service our dispensers on a regular set frequency from weekly to quarterly, depending on the footfall of the outlets on a particular round, and the speed with which the leaflets are picked up. Ours is a very structured and transparent system with our merchandisers having a list of leaflets to be put in each rack they visit.
You don't always want to be part of a crowd. Sometimes you want your literature to stand alone or sometime you just want it out in a rush. Whatever the circumstances we can provide a bespoke distribution service to match your needs. We can provide individual plain or branded stands to give your literature greater impact (a little more time may be needed).
Following the success of our handy pocket size guides in Cumbria we are delighted to have launched these guides in Northumberland for 2021. These guides are packed full of "things for people to see and do", area maps, details of attractions, activities, and useful local information. The pocket guides are designed to be given to visitors upon arrival or picked up by the visitor themselves whilst beginning to explore the area.
We have installed large dispensers in the accommodation agents welcome offices so that on arrival guests can browse and select leaflets of interest to them whilst collecting their keys. We have found this to be very successful and top up the racks on a regular basis.
Self-catering agencies are also provided with our QR code posters which give their guests access, via a simple scan, to our comprehensive local information portal/virtual leaflet rack of things to see and do in the region.More information on the QR code can be found here.
