Founded in 2007, MSS Security originally began operating in Manchester's Northern Quarter providing Door Supervisors to the stylish and unique vibrant venues. By developing as a distinguished security provider, MSS are now operating across Manchester and the rest of the UK offering extensive security packages tailored to the client's needs.
MSS Security are an SIA Approved Contractor for the provision of Door Supervision, Security Guarding & Key Holding. We also offer Close Protection, Event Security, Car Park Management, Facilities Management, Mobile Patrols. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year MSS Security specialise in providing Door Supervisors to the leisure and entertainment industry.
We have processes in place to monitor and manage service delivery to both customers and consumers. Trains and develops its people to deliver customer satisfaction and added value, to an agreed standard. Our leaders develop and implement an effective management system that continually improves the organisation and its performance.
This policy supplements other more detailed policies that provide an ethical and legal framework for all employees in the conduct of Rollins Capital Ventures Ltd (T/A MSS Security) business. MSS are a very professional company with a sound business structure and a great approach to the Security Industry. I find all senior management are very approachable, understanding, responsive and innovative. Minor and major issues are dealt with great efficiency. Antony was super professional and helpful as our doorman to a VIP event we hosted. He really went the extra mile for us and we really appreciate that. Dear MSS Security,
Regarding the loss of my valued pliers to the prohibited items bin at Qantas Brisbane Domestic Terminal around 2pm on 25/4/13, I felt ripped off after having felt cornered into parting with… my valued pliers in the rush to make our flight and then later felt frustrated at being unable to find anyone who cared enough to help! A Qantas employee named Gavin was entirely unhelpful later in the day regarding what could be done to retrieve the pliers.
But today has been a new day. I had the pleasure of tracking down one Cindy Roberts of MSS Security, the firm contracted by Qantas
