Tracking your food and portion sizes is proven to work for weight loss - the WLR food diary makes it easy. Everyone's different when it comes to what approach to losing weight is going to be more successful for them.
Our online food diary lets you record what you've eaten and find out how many calories you consume. See how many calories you've got left as you add foods each day - helping you to keep on track with your diet. You can add foods from our database of over 60,000 UK foods and from our recipes or food plans.
In your exercise diary you can record the different exercises you do and find out how many calories you burn doing different exercises. You can include this exercise in your weight loss plan. Create fitness plans online and see how many extra calories you can have as part of your program. Database includes sports, gym exercises, general daily activities, exercises from fitness DVD's and much more.
The Weight Loss Resources program lets you set a goal weight that's tailored to you. We'll let you know what your healthy weight range is and you can select your rate of loss, (don't worry - we'll make sure it's healthy). Once you've set your goal we'll tell you what date you can expect to reach it.
