A couple of years on and my old instructor moved to Dubai, I started to attend Bolton thai Boxing Club and discovered the same level of instruction, the same passion and dedication and such immense friendliness. I have drifted back and forth over the years as people do but have and always will come back to this club.
I trained at Bolton Thai boxing club for many years, the gym and equpment is of a very hgh standard, discipline in the gym is also very high No swearing and Respect must be given to fellow students and Instructors alike.

I often write reviews of businesses I know only as a customer - this review is different. My son is a coach at Staten Island Muay Thai. I watched my son progress from a youngster reading reviews on any and all martial arts gyms on Staten Island - agonizing over the array of options - to someone who loves Muay Thai and SIMT. Under the expert tutelage of owner Vinny Scotto my son went from novice to assistant coach in what seemed a very brief span of time. Of course there was desire and dedication but the training was first rate and the environment conducive to learning. In addition to the coaching

I’ve never done Muay Thai before but when I came here everyone made me feel like I was coming here for a while. Everyone is nice and the owner knows everyone, he immediately knew I was the new guy and took his time to help me along the way! It’s really motivating working hard in a comfortable place where everyone helps and uplifts you when you mess up, and no one acts as if they’re better than you they treat each other like a little family. This is definitely gonna be my gym from now on!

Staten Island Muay Thai is a relatively new gym on the Muay Thai scene in New York City. The gym itself is located across the street from a gas station and some businesses which provides ample parking - plus if you run out of gas you can just push your car across the street!
The interior of the gym is wide and spacious. The layout makes the facility seem very open. The high ceilings and the design helps as well. A row of heavy bags line one wall and pads are placed neatly on the other. There is a small ring in the corner. The men and women's bathroom are spacious so it's easy to change and there

The ONLY place in Staten Island that teaches real Muay Thai. Vinny Scotto is a respected coach in the US Muay Thai community and runs Staten Island Muay Thai with passion and professionalism. Quality training for anyone from beginner to advanced, a great family atmosphere, and not to mention a beautiful, clean, and well maintained gym. Aside from Muay Thai, they also have Kids classes, Cardio Kickboxing, and Strength and Conditioning. Definitely one of the best gyms on Staten Island.

A true landmark on the island. Not much more one can ask for from the gym. Clean, late hours, suitable for every level. From beginners, to competitive fighters, everyone can find a home here. Well equipped, flexible and fairly priced memberships. Small classes, personalized attention. Variety of programs. Parking! Friendly staff and a coach that cares. What else can you ask for...Just show up.

Great gym, good group of guys and one hell of a coach. Vinny gives his time on and off the matt to help his students. I've never experienced such attentiveness from an instructor before. I'd recommend SIMT to all martial artists and beginners. Nothing but good vibes and hard work here. You will never leave this gym not feeling fulfilled in some sort of way.
