I am writing as someone who applied for a job so this is not a comment on their customer service.
Two weeks ago I applied for a second job with Security Scotland. I heard back thanking me for the application and asking for the necessaries. I sent the requisite documentation and then attended an interview. I was offered a job and then did the online training.
The weekend passed and I received no further contact. I emailed the HR person on Monday asking for details of my assignment and didn't hear back. By Friday I still had not heard so I emailed the man who interviewed me asking for who I was

I felt I had to share the postive experience I had with one of your staff this week at my local Aldi. The lady who was managing the queue, which was very long, was polite cheerful and greeted every customers as they went through the doors and apologised for their wait, she also ensured that everyone had an antibacterial wipe and when I could not find a pound for my trolley she came to my rescue. During these difficult times it lovely people like this that make your day a bit brighter.
