We specialize in twin wall flue systems, allowing you to install a solid fuel stove in most places inside your home. We have now opened a showroom, selling a wide range of multifuel stoves and accessories, The main part of our work is twin wall flue, the installation of solid fuel stoves in homes that have no chimney.

Brilliant service from Ron and his team. I desperately needed some replacement parts for my very old fire, probably almost obsolete!
Ron managed to locate some and then wouldn't charge the recommended retail price as he felt it was too expensive! Good honest service - we went on to purchase some lovely fireside tools which now have pride of place. Top class service we'll be back!

We wanted a British made stove, Ron told us his were British made, they weren't so bought it from elsewhere. However we used Ron's fitter after commiting to him. He came out and told us nothing was a problem, everything was a problem! He tried many times to get us to change our stove to the Chinese made that Ron stock. He condemned our flue advising us we need to spend £500 to get it cleaned (even though the flue was to be lined). The job was poorly managed from start to finish, we did most of the work ourselves. Please do your homework and consider the finish and look you want before commiting

I went into shop to buy a fire, one on sale as a showroom fire at a discount was the the one we wanted, the owners wife took it off sale and said her husband would ring later in the fay to take payment and deliver, later he rang me to say fire was sold some days before to someone else, so we picked another fire, that would be in later that week, I rang on friday to be told it would not be in till January .so we are both in are 70s with no fire over Christmas .when i said I would leave a review on facebook I was told he would take legal action against me Well sort your workers, shop and ordering

SUPERB service, don't consider buying a stove from anywhere until you have tried this small but brilliant company! How nice to find someone still out there who genuinely cares about good old fashioned customer service and aftercare. Well done and thanks for the excellent advice, service and after sales backup.
