We're often asked where the name 'Big Flavour' came from, and in truth, where it come from and where we are now are not perfectly linear. Back in 2016, Craig, Chris & Scott were working for a digital agency specialising in hotel marketing. Keen to make some extra cash through a side-hustle, and avoid any conflicts with our day jobs, we noticed that there was a gap for restaurants & bars to market & promote themselves online more effectively.

I first spoke with Big Flavour prior to opening a new venue on Linlithgow High Street. They recognized the challenge of this venture and clearly outlined a strategy to ensure that the business was well represented online through a website and search engine optimization meaning that it ranked alongside our competitors, despite being a new venue.
The website they built is fantastic and Cafebar 1807 has been named as one of the best places to drink in Scotland so no complaints from me!
