Even though our team is highly skilled, but we are always looking for ways to increase our knowledge in all areas of our business and look for new and exciting ways to help educate our customers about eye health.
We are very fortunate in that we attract the BEST customers from in and around the Nottingham area who trust us with all their eye care needs. Over the past 20 plus years without advertising or doing any formal marketing (only recommendations from our amazing customers) we have accumulated over 5,000 patients that we see meet, greet & service on a regular basis.
Your eyes cannot be replaced. You will not necessarily have any symptoms or pain. The eye test can pick up very early signs of any problems; the earlier treated the better. The eye test can detect underlying health problems that you aren't aware of, such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, some brain tumours and multiple sclerosis.
Whilst we'd love to extend all of our services to the online market, we wouldn't be able to offer the same level of service without seeing you in person. The costumer service was excellent from start to finish. Really enjoyed the technical explanation of the different parts of the eye test and the advice in choosing the style of glasses. Felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. I've always needed glasses, but left for the first time actually wanting to wear them. Can't recommend them enough.

Such a change from the 'national chains'. Personal service, professionally delivered by well trained staff. The selection of frames is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, the price was less than I expected and client need is top priority. I was also offered a tea or coffee. How refreshing to find this level of service and care is still available. A little gem I will certainly be returning and highly recommending to all my friends. Well done EyeStyle and many thanks from a client who is fed up with the disorganisation and incompetency of several high street national chains.
