The White Metal people are just awesome!
I am not a trades person and not even an enthusiastic DIY-er. I had a project to put a balustrade on the stairs to the garden and had a good idea of what I wanted.
White Metal technical/sales people walked me through what measurements they needed and within 2 weeks they delivered every single bit I needed to proceed with the installation, all the parts already cut to the right size.
They also were very patient with my questions and guided me through the choices I needed to make.
Also, their website and catalogue have all the installation instructions

I must thank all staff at White Metal for designing, and manufacturing a spectacular curved, descending stainless steel hand rail that transforms our garden pathway into a safer, eye catching feature.

I am extremely happy with the stainless steel posts and glass provided by White Metal. I dealt with Ernie Francis through out the whole process, he gave me great help and advice, he suggested I just order then fit the posts first, before making my final measurements and ordering the glass separately. The service was excellent and the goods were delivered safely and in a timely manner. The products are superb and I have had a lot of very positive comments from neighbours and friends.
