The Key Business Marketing was established 2008 based on 10 years of successful experience working in telemarketing. We work together to determine a target market for your product or service (size, sector, location etc.), then we track down the relevant decision maker and make contact with them to arrange a formal meeting for you.
Telemarketing is the process of introducing a company's goods or services over the telephone to a prospective buyer. Our aim is for this initial approach to result in a formal meeting with your desired prospect. Telemarketing is beneficial in a number of ways. We start by identifying companies who make up your target market and see the process right through to securing an introductory meeting for you.
Over the years we've worked for variety of clients in a wide range of industries. Appointments at a corporate level over a 12 month period which resulted initially in 660 units being sold.
As our clients were pioneers in the field of managing work related road safety and one of the first companies to provide a solution they were very impressed with such quick results and considering the bill had yet to be passed they were over the moon to have clients using the system.During a three month pilot campaign we made 40 qualified appointments.

Great start to 2014 for our telemarketing client in the Motor Trade with a new customer on board from our introduction. Contacting the motor trade is notoriously difficult but for our client the rewards are vast, so much so that a single win can sometime cover the cost of the entire telemarketing campaign, we predict a fruitful year and are pleased to be helping them grow their business.
Since bringing the business to Swindon in 2011 we are yet to establish ourselves in the area, the new name and website will hopefully start this process. This being said on the back of a successful pilot campaign for a local business news has now spread to their networking group and as such we are now helping several other members in growing their sales pipeline and ultimately their businesses.
