TBM started in 1992 and has enjoyed continued success work with a range of client some of whom have been with us from the beginning. We are based in York and have a 3000 sq ft joinery workshop with offices above, and employ 25 members of staff across different trades and office disciplines.
Kevin joined TBM in 2008 as Contracts Manager and was promoted to Contract Director in 2017, Kevin is responsible for overseeing all the jobs, including scheduling and reacting to responsive maintenance requests.In 2017 and 2018 respectively Derek Dobson and Matthew Shuttleworth joined as Contract Managers reporting in to Kevin, this coincided with a growth at TBM and the securing of new clients.

We have a small select group of preferred subcontractors who we have been working with for a number of years and these enhance or existing team in the areas of Electrical, Plumbing and Gas. 96% of our works are tendered and our hourly rate varies depending on location and the size of the proposed works.
