Totally dishonest, rude and the manager doesn't care how his drivers over charges. i arranged an airport pick up and was quoted £45.00 including airport parking. when the driver dropped me home he demanded over £76.00, when i called the firm the manager said its a waiting time, i was not told that waiting charge will be extra. i rang as soon as i landed and was out 45 minutes after I landed, when i refused to pay the driver said he will not let me have my luggage, i had no choice but to pay. I shared this review with Premier cars before posting it here as my experience yesterday was not to the standard we've had previously with them.
On the plus side, the car was exactly on time. However, that was the only plus. We had ordered a six seat car for our bags, orange and two children, and got a standard Prius estate which we had to squash into with bags on laps, the cross-country route we were driven took twice as long as going on the m25, and I'm afraid the driver was not good enough - he kept tapping the accelerator, making me and my wife feel car sick, he also didn't park properly,

It was a great service until today. We booked a cab from Gatwick North.
1. Driver was late. We called driver at the time when he had to meet us and he told that he is at carpark and will come over soon. But on the map he was outside the airport staying next to some roundabout. Eventually he came over and was late.
2. We ordered a child seat. I accept that it was our mistake not to mention child age and driver arrived with some random seat that didn't fit out child. But he had no clue how to secure this seat. So we spent 20 minutes at the airport trying to find out how to secure it.

We had an extremely bad experience with Premier Cars recently. I started to notice that our car was moving erratically (going from side to side and breaking last minute), which alerted me that something was wrong. I leant round and found that the driver's eyes were almost closed, so called out to him. He responded to that, but continued to drive in this dangerous manner, with his eyes either almost closed or looking down at his lap. At the point we reached the turn off for Heathrow - he indicated and turned off, but his eyes were again not on the road, so he didn't take the turning

Utterly useless.
I stopped using Premier for my business travel due to constant let downs in airport pickups and my wife insisted on giving them another chance but again we have been let down by these guys.
Funny how everyone else has their drivers waiting with no issues yet consistently Premier have an inability to be on time or to track a flight.
We even tried the approach of giving them a specific pickup time and no flight details in order to hopefully get some better service and remove the guesswork.
No joy, for the third time now we are sat at airport 15 mins after scheduled arrival

Was quoted £46 to go to King X station from Surbiton which included a £10 premium for road closures due to the London cycle race (would normally be £36). We had to take a small detour en route when we came across a road that had been closed, literally 5 minutes. When we were dropped off the driver told me it was £60! I said there must be some mistake.
