I ordered the incorrect size and Dan was amazing at letting me know very quickly how to get a refund and order the correct size. He even sent the new items first class as I needed them urgently. Truly excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend Penny Crayon. The quality of their prints and embroidery work is great. They also have amazing customer service and you really feel like you're in safe hands. I have never really had any printing done before, they explained the process to me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.

Outstanding printing service!
Dan communicated effectively throughout the process, sending clear designs and layouts to look over. He listened carefully to what we had asked for and used his creativity to produce a clear but fun design.
