I’ve been with Nick just under a month now and I’m so happy with my results so far. The most striking thing for me is the support, he literally is there from 5am till 9pm! I send a text and he replies within minutes. So far I have realised that I can eat food without it being frowned up and don’t have to starve myself to produce great results. I cannot wait to see more progression.

We can't recommend Nick highly enough.
Nick is so supportive and nothing is to much trouble. He responds within seconds and his knowledge around food is incredible.
No food is off limits and even if you have a bad day he gets you straight back on it.
We've been with Nick a good few months now and we've never felt better, we are definately sticking with him long term!

Nick is so great! He helped me sort out my IBS explaining everything to me so well and going through the process bit by bit together. It’s so nice to have that constant help and support, I’d try to fix myself for years and after a few months with Nick I have had major changes and I know understand so much more. Thank you xx

What can I say about this man. Words cannot explain how amazing and supportive Nick Wall is. I have been in the health and fitness industry for many years, however due to personal circumstances and being out of the game due to injuries my nutrition slipped. I have been with Nicholas Wall ANutr Nutritionist for 12 weeks now and I am over the moon with the progress we have made ❤❤ 8lbs lost, over 11cm off my waist and my bad eating habits are out the window. I started with Nick nearly 3 months ago now and it is the best thing I have ever done. I just wish I’d have known about him sooner. I have 2 chronic conditions & needed guiding through using food to combat the symptoms. Nick went through every detail closely with me and came back with a manageable plan a few days later. Its been 4 weeks since we began; I've lost a stone, some inches and a few of the issues I was having - with almost no exercise.

I have tried every diet under the sun, Slimming world , Weightwatchers , fasting , etc and then I was introduced to Nick. So he’s shown me how to eat clean , 3 healthy meals a day (before I was starving myself sometimes ) , 3 snacks and plenty of healthy easy recipes to follow and in 5 weeks I’ve lost 11 pound , a good steady loss after the first week of 1-2lb per week. Honestly this guy can transform your life! It doesn’t even feeling like dieting with such a varied selection of foods. I've been working with Nick now for 4 weeks and in that short space of time the difference in many aspects of my life has been significant. I thought I understood diet pretty well and was under the impression I was eating and training in a decent way. Nick studied my diet as it was for a few days and then shocked me massively when he broke down the food I was eating into fats, proteins, carbs, sugars etc. Basically I was way off the mark with what I needed to be consuming to hit my targets.
