I couldn't make a better choice for my sink! I was looking for a stone sink and found Marble Mosaics Ltd on Google. Prices are very good compared to other companies and they have a great selection of products. I ordered the sink on Sunday afternoon and it was with me in Scotland on Wednesday at lunch time. The pedestal sink is gorgeous, elegant and very well made. The customer service is excellent: I received a phone call the day before the delivery, asking if the following day was suitable for me, and the following day I received my order. Bought 4 crates of beautiful black Brazilian slate for new extended patio. Had calculated some (10-15%) extra expecting breakages etc.such great quality that 3 crates were enough and got refund for the un-used (not collected) crate of slate. Great service! Was not in stock when I ordered but was immediately called when it arrived on their premises. Fantastic quality (see pictures, forgive some footprints ). Used LTP sealant for slabs.couldnt be happier with purchase!

Appalling quality. Appalling service. Tiles terrible quality - my 7 year old could have made better. I bought split face tiles and they were simply individual tiles stuck together with great globs of adhesive which showed through! They made me return myself which was stressful and expensive (I don't routinely source pallets, ship and professionally wrap them)! Now they are arguing I have to pay delivery and completely ignoring my correspondence. The customer service is nothing short of shocking they should be closed down. Reported to trading standards but I would recommend you AVOID AT ALL

Terrible customer service. Refused to return broken tiles. I was trying to calmly suggest a compromise, however rudely spoken to and aggressive individual on the phone.
I am extremely disappointed with their complete failure in customer service, indeed a little intimidated by these cowboys. They will take your money, and then bully you into silence if anything doesn't go their way.
I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID MARBLE MOSAICS, unless you enjoyed being shouted at by people you are paying your hard earned cash.
