Don’t know why this useless practice is still open, been ringing since last week, phone either can’t take any more calls due to high capacity or you start on caller number 20 and have to wait over an hour to speak to someone, and then get told there’s no appointments and to ring badger clinic or in the morning at 8:30 which I’ve already been going for the past 4 days, this is the issue every time. What’s the point of having your own doctors when they constantly try and send you to badger clinic.

Absolutely disgusted by the negligence of this practice. I am registered with this GP and was in desperate need of a prescription for my usual medication, was offered a phone consultation and was never called. Next time, I rang 111 who DIRECTLY spoke to the clinic manager and set up a consultation for me. I got a voicemail from the CLINIC MANAGER Jessica advising me I’ll be contacted today. No call AGAIN!! Now reception phone line is closed, another day WASTED waiting for this garbage clinic. Should have just bit the bullet and gone to A&E. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Awful, Father is housebound have been waiting 3 weeks for an unnamed Pharmacist to visit. Cannot give me any other details regarding time, or name. When calling practice now, says phone lines are fully at maximum, call 111. Cannot call 111 for jabs. Cannot visit in person nor by phone. This isn't a service.
In October were using the excuse of new system, unsure what excuse is now. However clearly not a staffing issue as they are not actively recruiting staff.

The absolute worst medical centre I have ever come across. Meant to open at 8am but if you call at 8.15 the phone lines are still closed. My pregnant wife has not had a single call from her midwife and in a year we have not been able to get an appointment when we have needed one. Rather travel back to Coventry for a GP

Very, very poor service. I came to drop off my registration forms for the receptionist/practice manager to tell me that 'she'd like to shoot the person who gave me the registration form', as that they are not accepting new patients (which is against government guidelines). The woman was simply rude. This practice should evaluate the kind of staff they hire to deal with patients and make sure they're fit to deal with the public.

Absolute joke, they terminated my family’s service without telling us (no contact at all) We only found out when repeat prescriptions kept failing and they didn’t arrange follow up appointments.
They left us high and dry without prescription meds that we need daily. Following a call with a Dr we were also waiting for a face to face appointment that never materialised. We did move house so a little further away now, but they didn’t even give us notice to stock up on my prescription, no heads-up at all. Now we are left without a GP and in urgent need of medication.

It would be unfair to say that getting past the reception staff is like getting past a Rottweiler as there are a couple of receptionists that are very approachable & helpful. It just seems to be the 1 receptionist that has a bad attitude & is VERY rude, I would name & shame her but she refused to give me her name! After 67 calls, I finally got in the queue & waited 51minutes to reach number 1, then waited a further 18minutes before someone answered but then immediately cut me off…this happened twice! I decided to go to the surgery in person to try & get a ‘call back appointment with the doctor’

This review is solely focused on how frustrating it is to get in touch with the reception to book an appointment with a GP. Everytime I've called, morning or evening, it's a minimum wait of at least 45mins to more than an hour! How is this reasonable? It is not once or twice. I'm sure the practise is aware of this but do they really care to do something about it? Practise Partners - if you are human and care about people registered at the practise, please do something about it. To anyone considering registering with this practise - please don't waste your time.

Although it did take 2 attempts over 2 days to get through to reception bc there were so many in the queue when I did get through the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and compassionate, she could tell I was upset and spent time talking to me and booked me a call back for that afternoon. I would just like to say thank you for being kind it meant a lot, sorry I didn’t get your name but you are definitely in the right job!

Wonderful reception team!
I've not long swapped doctors due to moving and I have nothing but good things to say when calling up. Granted it does take some time waiting in the phone que (Standard for any doctors) however the staff make up for it by being as helpful as they can with dealing with requests and being super efficient. Wonderful customer care and will definitely be recommending this practice!
