Spinnaker Yachts was set up by Poole Pilots Jim Macgregor and Neil Vardy in 1997. Since then we have provided our loyal clients with an exciting range of sailing events, both in Poole and in the Solent. We now have a fleet of modern high performanceElan 410 yachts, and provide top quality Corporate Sailing Events and Team Building Exercises.
We also enjoy racing with our clients at the highest level in events such as Cowes Week, The Little Britain Challenge, The Round the Island Race, and various other industry regattas. Our catering for the 2019 season will be provided by Toby and Leslie at The Deli on the Quay in Poole. They specialise in innovative and delicious contemporary British food using only the best quality local produce.

Services
We recommend that at least two identical yachts are used for these events, with up to ten people on each yacht. Unlike some operators, we only take as many people as there are jobs aboard to do! Our fully qualified skippers will be there to help and advise, but your staff will sail the boats themselves.
One of our most popular Sailing Day formats consists of a cruise along the Dorset Jurassic coast followed by a series of short match races our Rob Humphreys designed Elan 410 cruiser/racers. This is usually combined with an excellent buffet lunch anchored in Studland Bay, or Poole Harbour. These modern yachts are perfect for hospitality events or just for an exciting day out, sailing with your staff, favoured clients or guests.
Follow signs for the Ferry Port, then turn left onto The Quay just before the lifting bridge. Proceed along the quay to a roundabout and the Boat Haven will be on your right. From Poole station, walk through the underpass into Falkland Square then turn right down the High Street pedestrian precinct.
These modern high performance yachts are designed by world renowned yacht designer Rob Humphreys, and are not only very rewarding to sail, but are also ideal for Corporate Entertainment with their wide decks, wheel steering and spacious cockpits. They can accommodate up to ten guests each for day sailing, and we can cater for groups of up to sixty people.
We are fortunate enough to be able to operate in one of the most beautiful areas of the South Coast. The Jurassic Coast is just around the corner, and the beaches of Sandbanks, playground of the rich and famous, are on our doorstep. We can sail around the second largest natural harbour in the world, or cruise past the beautiful sandy beaches of Studland Bay.
