Maughan Mitchell celebrated 25 years in 2017, having been established in 1992 by Simon Maughan with Chris Mitchell joining in 2010, from Lambert Smith Hampton, bringing expertise in Lease Advice and Property Management. Chris had previously been a founding partner in Holland Mitchell, which LSH acquired.
Simon commenced his career in private practice undertaking landlord and tenant work, prior to becoming Director of a Bristol based property investment company. In 1992 he created 'Simon Maughan & Associates', an independent firm serving owners and occupiers of commercial property in lease advisory and acquisition but with an increasing focus on business rates issues.
