Built in the 1890's by Frederick De Courcey Hamilton to placate his homesick wife, the manor was initially a gorgeous wooden lodge and an instant local. After burning down in the late 1980's, the then-owners rebuilt the lodge, faithfully recreating elements as it was adapted to the historic family home that stands today.

To Abigail, Lewis and Team
We would like to say a huge Thank You for our perfect Autumn wedding.
The De Courcey’s team guided and supported us throughout our planning and went the extra mile to help when the groom broke his foot the day before the wedding!
We loved every moment of our special day. All our guests were impressed by the gorgeous setting, delicious food and the politeness of the staff.
Best Wishes

Such a lovely place. Being the first large wedding since the Covid restrictions was always going to be a stressful affair but the DeCourceys staff had everything organised to perfection. In many ways, the new arrangements of marquees etc. made for a much more relaxed atmosphere than being totally indoor (good weather helped there). The dinner was absolutely amazing, although service was delayed a little by the staff having to transport it a lot further than it would normally have been. The venue did our son and new daughter proud on their big day. Thank you DeCourcey Manor.

Wedding and events venue. Set in some stunning grounds with first class customer service. Did a first class job of brother in laws wedding rooms were stunningly decorated and the event ran really smoothly. Food was nice and portion size spot on. I would ring if you plan a visit ad its well tricky via postcode if using sat nav.

Wow is a good word to describe this place. Posh is another one.
This is the kind of place were you can't wear jeans.
I went for Sunday roast with my family to celebrate my Gran's birthday and it really was something special. The service was amazing, everything was attended to without a second thought. The meal itself was beautiful, a bit different from a traditional pub lunch but really, really good and the pudding was amazing.
I thought it was going to bankrupt my family but at £20 a head for the three courses it was pretty good value for money. And after dinner we went and had a
