Service fantastic, very helpful staff and allowed to borrow sample for my 90-year-old mother. Fitting on a Saturday was great, was working during the week.

Great shop - everything you need. Staff are friendly and patient even when faced with customers who look at every carpet in the shop! Elaine is brill and very helpful. I have bought four carpets from here. Two in my old house and two more recently. I bought one for the stairs and love it so much I've just ordered the same for the living room. Lovely quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend and like to support smaller businesses that have a personal approach. Thanks everyone at Carpet Stop!

AJ was really helpful and friendly and sorted things out for me very quickly and at a great price.
