Services
Any accounting need, be it bookkeeping, raising invoices on time, office administration, chasing debts, payroll, paying suppliers, VAT returns. All of this up to and including monthly management figures, monthly and Profit and Loss and trial balance. Tax advice or Audited accounts but we will supply an accountant with the necessary information and liaise with that accountant on your behalf.
Vixon Services has been providing for 18 months our Bookkeeping and payroll services. They have successfully during this time met all statutory timescales for VAT and Inland Revenue payments and returns. Also, produced accurate and timely Management figures, which have enabled vital Business decisions to be made.
We agree with you the level of service we are to offer. We then receive from you the information needed to maintain the accounts on a regular basis via fax, email, post, personal collection or delivery or any other means. Your accounting needs will then be fully dealt with, and you will be appraised monthly, on all normal accounting issues, by post (along with an optional CD covering the various reports).
