Our dementia home care service takes all that we have learned at The Ness Dementia Centre and brings it to the home. Our specialist memory loss and dementia home care service team prioritise enriching your loved one's quality of life.

The complexity of the disease the unique needs of each individual means that so often a family will need a variety of support and a partnership between organisations to offer the best care. Here at The Ness Centre, we have a close working relationship with Health & Social care and look to work with synergistic voluntary sector organisations.

In partnership with SEACHANGE (previously Budleigh Hub), we are providing stimulating, engaging and therapeutic days for those with dementia or memory loss. Active Minds are fun and stimulating sessions designed to maintain someone's cognitive function as well as concentrating on nutrition and physical therapy.
In-TanDEM provides remote, one-to-one virtual dementia help for those living with memory problems and those that care for them. Using software such as Zoom, this specialist digital service has been developed to enable people to access support from the comfort and safety of their own home. The person living with memory loss - The In-TanDEM coach runs virtual cognitive stimulation therapy sessions designed to maintain cognitive function.
