I cannot recommend Perfect Finish enough; someone damaged my brand new Skoda vRS and the team were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. This is the second car we've taken to them and it's always a proper job done to an exceptionally high standard; total confidence your vehicle is in the right hands and comes back immaculate. No one wants to be in the situation but if you are, take your car here.

Absolutely delighted with everything about Perfect Finish in Coventry. So friendly and helpful over the telephone - thank you Christine for helpful directions for our journeys to and from Coventry and Karl for keeping us up to date with progress. Most of all for the fabulous job done on our Yaris, it looks better than ever it did before idiot man decided to reverse into us. Highly recommend them for customer service and excellent work carried out. Realistic about timescale and quality job all round.

Karl did such an amazing job replacing my front door, really professional throughout, answered any queries I had and my car was super clean and washed when I got it back, got given a new vw polo as a courtesy car for a couple days too which was nice to drive. Thank you to Karl and the team for such a great job and I highly recommend to anyone who needs any body work done

Being a student and having my car dented for the first time it was hard to find a place that was giving me genuine advice and quotes on prices. I came across Perfect Finish Bodyshop on google and went in for a quote from Karl. He was very helpful and honest about how I should go about fixing my door. I brought a brand new car in September 2019 only owned it 3 months and managed to scratch rear passenger door and wheel trim on a fence post. Took car to perfect finish and they have done a first class job repairing my damage it looks like a brand new car again. Very good value for money and excellent customer service, they provided me with a courtesy car with automatic transmission as I have only driven automatics for years now so keeping me in my comfort zone. Thanks perfect finish I would definitely recommend service to others.

Karl and the team at Perfect Finish are great; very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed of the status of the work on my car as the job progressed. Karl was even kind enough to lend me his Mercedes A class as a courtesy car to ensure I had transport while my car was out of action! Would definitely recommend them.
