I applied for a post via Just Recruit and posted my CV. James obviously took the time to fully read my CV and felt I was right for the role. They contacted me for a chat before putting my name forward to the employer. I was given an interview and subsequently offered the post! James at Just Recruit looked for the person behind the CV. I have to say that Just Recruit are far superior to any agency I've dealt with over the years. Where most recruitment firms will throw totally unsuitable jobs at you, fail to contact you when a suitable job does come up because they don't know their candidates, or lose interest if they don't place you right away, Just Recruit work with you in a closely targeted way. I felt that I was treated respectfully and courteously and that James, who successfully placed me in the third sector role I was looking for, took the time to talk and get to know me before matching me with the job he was handling.
