Say hello to our team! Meet the wonderful people that make Resolve a friendly and professional place to be. We work with a multi-talented bunch of folk, including experts in IT, finance, administration, business and marketing. In 2004 Andrew Seaton set out into the world of IT with just a car and a head full of tech solutions.
Resolve have offered IT Services in Sheffield for over 15 years and we are proud to have used our blend of expertise and award-winning customer service to have supported business growth across Yorkshire. We break our range of services down into a group of categories designed to help our customers find the assistance they need.
Every time we fix an IT issue we ask the customer to let us know whether the service was "excellent", "satisfactory" or "not so good". We monitor every result to make sure we're delivering the best service possible. Another way we ensure our customers are happy is to offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Resolve have an excellent team of professionals who deal with our IT issues quickly and efficiently. Rather than spend valuable time trying to sort out my own problems, it's just so much easier to send a quick email and within a few minutes the issue has been resolved, either behind the scenes or via a phone call and remote log in.
