It's interesting to see all the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star.
Whilst the staff in store were nice to me, unlike some of the experiences below, I still would not recommend them at all.
Firstly, they charge you £240 for someone to come to your house for 10 mins to check your measurements. When I asked for someone to double check the measurements I did, I assumed they would send a fitter, but it's just someone from the store.
Additionally, Whilst they told me someone needed to be in when the radiators to be delivered to help them be brought it, it was not made clear that the driver will

Quite frankly rude. I was recommended here by a friend who spent thousands and had excellent service from someone’s who we now know has left.
I was interested in iron radiators and the colours on show weren’t for us and when we asked for alternative finishes we were shown steel and told it was cheaper. Basically judged as if we couldn’t afford.
We wouldn’t recommend anyone here and certainly won’t be spending money here either.

Quaint little showroom with a great variety of radiators although a mixed experience: Originally approached by Judith who I found very rushed, not very confident or helpful, I was continuously talked over and hurried out the door with the promise of an email which I never received.
I came back in with my husband a few days later and dealt with John smith who had time for us, made us feel welcome, knew his stuff and made the whole process an enjoyable experience which is why we bought in the end and he gets the Radiator Centre 5 stars from us. Thanks John
