Immediately after you place your order, an email acknowledging your order will be sent to you, If this has not been received please call 01697352458 and we will arrange for a copy to be sent. We supply most sports and pastimes available, check the list and we will convert the trophy to your sport and pastime.
There are three options available. Option 1, orders - takes up to 8 working days. Option 2, orders - takes up to 5 working days. Option 3, orders - 2 to 4 working days. The days shown are your order turn-a-round times and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are Estimated and NOT Guaranteed.
Be aware that some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver, please call for further information.If in the event no one is available to sign for your order - small parcels will be taken to a local Post Office (within 3 miles radius) and you will be able to collect from there.

Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 14 days of delivery? The 14 days start after you have received your 'Trophy Order Acknowledgement from OnlineTrophies email. The business has evolved from very humble beginnings in fact from a 100 loan way back in 50's. The business was founded in Oldham in 1956 by the parents of the present director. Over the years and after numerous business transitions including pet shop, sports goods and squash club then finally expanding into trophies and awards and leave the world of sporting goods behind.
