The Plastic Art Co. supplies a range of products and services to compliment the finish of your printed items. Products are held in stock which makes them, in most cases available for immediate despatch. We can also provide samples and produce a quotation based around your individual needs. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact us as we may be able to supply it.
We can laminate your maps in 2 different ways. Either gloss 125 micron suitable for display but capable of being rolled. Or 40 micron matt suitable for carrying folded. Both are waterproof and extremely durable. Prices vary according to size but for example to laminate a standard OS landranger sheet 890mm x 1000mm would cost 12.00.
Laminating pouches are the best way to protect any printed sheet from the effects of weather, dirt or rough handling. They also add a shine which not only enhances the colour and contrast but makes your work really stand out. Another key benefit for the smaller sizes, which are commonly used to make ID badges, is the security of the image, text or data once laminated.

We can handle almost any type of printed paper and mount it permanently to a huge variety of different supports, from card to super-tough foamex.
