I called this company in an emergency because our fuse box in the garage and the manual override broke on our electric door. The lady on the phone very understanding and two guys came out after normal work hours and repaired our door and gave further support for future use of a back up battery for the door will definitely use again in future and recommend to friends. Heard from them the same day that we called them. Gave us a price for our roller garage door and we agreed to have it done. Gave us a date quite quickly. Then heard from them earlier to say our door was ready, and they’ve had a cancellation of a customer because of Covid, and did we want them to come a week early to deliver and install our door. It was up to us. We said ‘Yes that would be great’!
Came on time when they said. Fitted it well, door looks fantastic! Cleared up after themselves and explained about the door.

I recently needed my garage door replaced after the existing one was damaged. Essex Prestige Doors were recommended by a friend and they didn’t let me down.
